These terms govern your use of www.sncoconsulting.com and set out information about our Microsoft technology services. By using the Site you agree to these terms. A Bahasa Malaysia version is available on request; where there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.sncoconsulting.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

- Nature of business: Microsoft technology consulting, implementation and support services, including facilitation of Microsoft subscription licensing on behalf of clients
- Status: Independent Microsoft Partner (we are not Microsoft Corporation)
- Trademark notice: Microsoft trademarks are used only to describe our services. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft products referenced are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
3. Permitted Website Use
You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes, and download or print content for reference. You may contact us for legitimate service enquiries.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- misuse the Site or attempt unauthorised access;
- copy or modify content without consent;
- upload viruses or malicious code; or
- use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
5. Services & Disclaimers
Our services include facilitating Microsoft app subscriptions, consulting, implementation and support. These services are provided independently of Microsoft. We do not guarantee the performance or uptime of Microsoft’s own products, and use of Microsoft software is subject to Microsoft’s own licence terms and privacy policies. This disclaimer relates solely to Microsoft’s own products and services; it does not limit our responsibility for the professional services we provide, which remain subject to the applicable written engagement terms and clause 11 below.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by SNCO Consulting or our licensors. Microsoft content and logos remain the property of Microsoft Corporation.
7. Services Offered
- Microsoft subscriptions: licensing facilitation, setup, renewals.
- Consulting & implementation: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support services: technical support, troubleshooting, optimisation.
- Add-on services: training, change management, integrations.
8. Service Standards
Services are delivered in accordance with professional best practices, contractual commitments and confidentiality obligations. We commit to competence, compliance, confidentiality, timeliness and professionalism.
9. Fees & Payments
- Fees are based on subscription rates, service complexity and scope.
- Written proposals and invoices are provided in advance.
- Prepayment may be required for subscriptions.
10. Consumer Rights & Complaints
- Information: transparent pricing and clear service details before purchase.
- Quality: competence, due care and timely performance.
- Complaints: email enquiry@sncoconsulting.com; we aim to acknowledge complaints within 14 working days.
11. Cancellation, Refunds & Liability
- Cancellation of Microsoft subscriptions facilitated through us is subject to Microsoft’s own licensing and cancellation terms, which we do not control.
- Where a refund is due — whether from Microsoft or from our own service fees — we will process any refund owed within 14 working days of the refund being approved. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site; professional-services liability is subject to the applicable written engagement terms; and we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for fraud or wilful misconduct).
12. Compliance
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, Companies Act 2016, Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and other applicable laws.
13. External Links & Updates
The Site may link to Microsoft or other third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We may amend these Terms periodically, with changes published here.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written engagement letter or service proposal we issue for a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and the services described here, and supersede any prior understanding or representation on the same subject matter.
16. No Waiver
No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right, and no single or partial exercise prevents any further exercise of that or any other right.
17. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform where it results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including outages of, or changes to, Microsoft’s own platforms and services.
18. Notices
Any formal notice under these Terms must be given in writing to enquiry@sncoconsulting.com (for us) or to the address you provided at engagement (for you).
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
