SNCO Consulting Sdn Bhd (SCSB) is a Malaysian technology consultancy. We work with organisations that need to plan and implement agreed Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 Business Central changes, with clear attention to the systems, data, users and operating decisions involved.

Technology implementation is not a product demonstration or a generic checklist. The relevant work depends on the organisation’s current environment, intended processes, data quality, access model, internal capability and acceptance criteria. Those matters should be made visible before a change is put into production.

What our public scope covers

SCSB provides Microsoft 365 implementation and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. Within an agreed Business Central scope, this can include financial-reporting configuration, SST workflow support and MyInvois/e-Invoice workflow support. The SST App and E-Invoice App names describe the relevant SCSB service areas.

The precise scope, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria are agreed for each engagement. Product configuration can support an operational process; it does not itself determine an organisation’s legal, tax, accounting, security or regulatory position.

How to approach a change

Before implementation, an organisation should identify the decisions that matter: the process to be supported, information required, users and access, data sources, integrations, exceptions, testing and the people accountable for approving the result. This creates a basis for proportionate delivery and informed internal ownership.
