10. Service Standards
Services are delivered in accordance with professional best practices, contractual commitments, and confidentiality obligations. We commit to competence, compliance, confidentiality, timeliness, and professionalism.
11. Fees & Payments
- Fees are based on subscription rates, service complexity, and scope
- Written proposals and invoices provided in advance
- Payment terms: typically 30 days from invoice
- Prepayment may be required for subscriptions
- Interest may apply for overdue accounts
12. Consumer Rights & Complaints
- Information: Transparent pricing and clear service details before purchase
- Quality: Competence, due care, timely performance
- Complaints: Email complaints@sncoconsulting.com. We respond within 14 working days. Escalations go to senior management.
- External: Recourse includes the Tribunal for Consumer Claims (≤ RM50,000), MCMC (where applicable), or civil courts
13. Cancellation, Refunds & Liability
- Subscription cancellations subject to Microsoft’s licensing terms
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 working days
- Completed work must be paid in full
- Liability for services is covered under engagement terms and capped as agreed
14. Compliance
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, Companies Act 2016, PDPA 2010, Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and other applicable laws.
Part C: Privacy Policy
15. Privacy Commitment
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This Policy applies when you visit our Site, subscribe to Microsoft services through us, or use our consulting/support services.
